Why should I request an account?
Not all info is available for every visitor of this website. Without an account you are not allowed to view some useful information. Below you can find an overview of functions that become available when having an account.

How can I request an account?
On the top right side of the website you can find this symbol: . Start the registration process by clicking "Register". Complete all the required fields to request your account. At the end of the process you will receive an email that confirms your request. At that point your registration will be evaluated. Upon approval we will contact you at short notice to confirm your registration. From that moment on you can log in and access all features REM-B Connect has to offer.
How can I find what I'm looking for?
There are multiple ways to find the product you are looking for. Following list gives you an overview.
On top of the website you can find the search field. This allows you to search in our entire product database. It is possible to search on the following references :
- REM-B Part No.
- OEM Part No.
- Model Code
Some search instructions :
- Some model codes consist of signs as slashes, hyphens or spaces. These can be left out in your search, the website will also find the code without any of such signs.
- A space can be used as a wildcard.
- To avoid long waiting times, try to be as specific as possible. Because of our huge database, searching on a too short entry may produce a long list of matching results which will take a while to load.

The start page offers you some easy ways to navigate to the product you need.
Parts List Navigation
Some products can consist of multiple, seperately available items. If so, these items are shown right below the main product, together with other information such as position on the drawing and quantity per unit. Via these part lists you can navigate through the bills of material of complete units.
What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
If you have followed the instructions listed above in point 4 of the FAQ and still haven’t found what you need, you do not have to worry. Despite the fact that REM-B Connect covers a wide range of hydraulic products, it is still possible that the product you need is not part of the covered range.
This is not a problem as we still might be able to offer it. REM-B Hydraulics can help you with more products than there are featured on REM-B Connect. Please contact our experienced sales team to request the item you need.
How do I know if an item is available?
In the item card you can find the availabilty right beneath the part number. There are a few possibilities :
|Stock REM-B||The item is in stock in our own warehouse in the indicated quantity.||
The item can be delivered in the indicated time.

Please inquire this item to find out the delivery time.
Please be advised that in the shown delivery times, transportation times are not included. Contact us to find out the transit time to your location.
How can I request a quote?
After you have found the product you need, you probably want to receive a quotation for this. How does this work?
When you find yourself in the item card you will have the possibility to press “Add to inquiry”. If pressed, a pop-up screen will appear giving you two options: either you might want to continue if you need more products, or you might already be satisfied and wish to finish. In the last case you select “Go to quotes”. From here you're only two steps from sending your inquiry.
First you get an overview of what you have added to your cart. Here you have the possibility to change the requested quantities. Secondly, select your company, or for non-registered users: fill in the requested fields with your company info. Then optionally write a comment or enter your reference. Finally press "Submit inquiry". At this point we will verify prices and delivery times and send you a quotation as soon as possible.
How can I order something?
After you have found the product you need, how do you order it?
When you find yourself in the product card you will have the possibility to select “Add to order”. If pressed, a pop-up screen will appear giving you two options: either you might want to continue if you need more products, or you might already be satisfied and wish to finish. In the last case you select “Go to order”. This will bring you in two steps to the checkout screen.
First you get an overview of what you have added to your cart. Here you have the possibility to change the requested quantities. After pressing “Submit Order” you arrive at the checkout page, where you can select several options regarding billing information, shipping method and delivery address. Make sure to verify your data in each step and press "Continue" to proceed. In the step "Comment or Reference" you have the possibility to add remarks, instructions or a reference to your order. When you arrive at the last step you get a summary of your order and you finish by pressing "Confirm Order". After pressing this you will receive a confirmation email. At this point we will verify prices and delivery times and send you an order confirmation as soon as possible.
